Let’s talk about your support

Tell us how we can help

Finding the right provider starts with a straightforward conversation. Tell us a little about the support you are looking for, your current circumstances and the goals that matter to you.

You are welcome to contact Quality Assist Care as a participant, family member, carer, Support Coordinator or other referring professional. Our team will listen, answer your questions and explain the next steps without placing pressure on you to make an immediate decision.

Common questions

Find the answers you need

We have answered some common questions we get asked. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact Quality Assist Care and our team will be happy to answer any questions you have.

How soon will someone respond after I contact Quality Assist Care?

We aim to respond as soon as possible, usually within one to two business days. During that first conversation, we will ask a few questions about the support you are looking for, your location, current circumstances and preferred next steps.

No. You are welcome to contact Quality Assist Care before your NDIS plan is approved or while you are still exploring your options.

We can explain the types of support we provide and help you understand whether our services may suit your needs. Beginning funded support will depend on your plan, available funding and how your supports are managed, but you do not need to wait before asking questions.

We begin by learning about the participant’s goals, support needs, preferences, routines and any relevant risks or requirements. We also consider the type and frequency of support requested, the location and whether our team has the right experience and availability.

Being the right fit works both ways. We want participants and families to feel comfortable with our approach, communication and the people involved in their support. When Quality Assist Care can provide safe, suitable and reliable assistance, we will explain how support could begin. If we are not the most appropriate provider, we will be honest about that rather than making promises we cannot keep.

We provide support across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs in South Australia. Contact our team with your suburb and we will confirm current availability in your area.

Yes. Where possible, we can arrange an introduction before ongoing support begins.

This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your routine and decide whether you feel comfortable with the proposed support worker. A good working relationship is important, so we welcome honest feedback if the match does not feel right.

Yes. We can work collaboratively with your family, carers, Support Coordinator, allied health professionals and other providers, with your consent.

Clear communication between the people involved in your support can help reduce confusion, maintain consistency and keep everyone focused on your goals. We respect each person’s role while ensuring the participant remains involved in decisions and has control over how information is shared.
